As a member of InterNACHI I follow a strict code of ethics that ensures quality service while providing important protections for you.

For example, as a certified Home Inspector:

• I will work Exclusively for you, My Customer
• I will follow the Nationally Accepted Standards of Practice
• I will not perform repairs on any home I inspect, or offer repair estimates

The Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice ensures that I have your best interest at heart and eliminate any possible conflict of interest. My one and only concern will be assisting you in making the most informed decision possible.

I always encourage your presence during the inspection and welcome all questions. By being present at the inspection I can familiarize you with the property, show you the location of important systems and explain their operation to you, and thoroughly answer any questions you may have. All of my reports meet or exceed the state standards, are impartial and stand up to critical examination. I have General Liability Insurance and Errors & Omissions Insurance.
